Subject : Request for completion of pre-appointment formalities and training of candidates, nominated by Staff Selection Commission for appointment as Inspector Posts on the basis of Combined Graduate Level Examination 2014, to Postal Circles.

Respected Sir,  

Your kind attention is invited to this Association's letter of even number dated 23/12/2015 whereby the list of 102 candidates selected on the basis of Combined Graduate Level Examination 2014 was forwarded to Directorate with a request to allot male candidates to neighbouring circles and accordingly Directorate vide memo No. 7-10/2014-SPB-II dated 18^th January 2016 issued the allotment.

This Association bring to your kind notice that more than 150 Direct Recruit posts of Inspector Posts are vacant in the circles and therefore many Inspector Posts are holding dual charge since years together.

It is therefore earnestly requested to direct all circles to complete the pre-appointment formalities of all allotted candidates and issue them appointment letter to join duties immediately. Also direct PTCs to arrange Induction Training programme at the earliest.

          An early action and line in reply is requested.
