One more cadidate declared successful in PS Gr. B Examination 2003-06

Directorate vide Memo No. A.34018/27/2009-DE dated 15th January 2015 has declared result of one candidate of PS Gr. B examination 2003-06 held from 16th to 17th February, 2008. 

 

In compliance of the order dated 8/10/2013 pronounced by the  Hon'ble High Court of Judicature of Andhra Pradesh of Hyderabad in WP No. 21345/2008 filed by Shri P. Balasubrahmanyam, ASP, Visakhapatnam Region in OA No. 1012/2008 of Hon'ble CAT Hyderabad Bench, the competent authority has ordered to declare the result of Shri P. Balasubrahmanyam, ASP Visakhapatnam Region as selected for PS Gr. B cadre in PS Gr. B Examination 2003-06 and to include his name in the selected list of PS Gr. B Examination 2003-06.

 

He is to be accommodated against existing / future OC vacancy in IP Line of PS Gr. B Examination 2003-06 held on 16th and 17th February 2008 and he will get the seniority after the last candidate who has been appointed in PS Gr. B cadre on regular basis as of now. He shall not be entitiled to be paid any back wages.

 

The orders of the High Court of Judicature of Andhra Pradesh at Hyderabad is specific to this case and will not be applicable to any other case.

LDCE : PS Gr. B for the year 2013 & 2014 ..... updates!!!

It is learnt that there is no progress in respect of issue of notification to conduct LDCE for the promotion to the cadre of PS Gr. B for the year 2013 and also for 2014. 

But there will be two separate examinations after all hurdles are crossed. 

LDCE for promotion to the cadre of PS Gr. B for the year 2013.....updates!!!

It is learnt that there is no progress in respect of issue of notification for conducting LDCE for the promotion to the cadre of PS Gr. B for the year 2013. Question bank is not prepared as per the recently circulated syllabus. Therefore, there is no chance of PS Gr. B examination on scheduled date i.e. 15/6/2014. 
 

Directorate clarified that topics of 'paragraph writing and current affairs' will continue in syllabus

Directorate has revised the syllabus for LDCE for the promotion to the cadre of PS Gr. B

Directorate vide memo No. A.34012/03/2013-DE dated 22nd April 2014 has revised the syllabus for LDCE for the promotion to the cadre of PS Gr. B.  The syllabus was last revised on 26/4/2011 on the introduction of Sr. PM examination. Sr. PM examination was not held due to pending of CAT cases.

LDCE for promotion to the cadre of PS Gr. B .......updates!!!

It is learnt that Directorate is going to revise syllabus pattern and few changes in eligible criteria for PS Gr. B Examination. Actual notification for holding of examination for the year 2013 will be issued thereafter.

Declaration of Revised / recast result of the LDCE for promotion to the cadre of PS Gr B 2012 held on 3rd June 2012....circle posting thereof.

Directorate vide memo No. F.NO A-34013/03/2012- DE dated 22nd November 2013 have already declared revised result of LDCE for the promotion to the cadre of PS Gr. B held on 3/6/2012. In the said result two candidates were additionally selected against the existing / future vacancies from respective quotas. The result of one candidate which was kept in sealed cover is now declared and circle posting of these three candidates have been issued by Directorate vide Memo No. 9-34/2011-SPG dated 23/12/2013.

Declaration of Revised / recast result of the Limited Departmental Competitive Examination for promotion to the cadre of PS Gr B 2012 held on 3rd June 2012.

Directorate vide memo No. F.NO A-34013/03/2012- DE dated 22nd November 2013 has declared revised result of LDCE for the promotion to the cadre of PS Gr. B held on 3/6/2012. Shri R. J. Sonawale (SC) Maharashatra Circle selected from IP Line and Shri Hanuman S.Visen of UP Circle additionally selected from General Line. Their absorption is against existing /future vacancies from respective quotas.

Recasting of marks of LDCE for the promotion to the cadre of PS Gr. B examination for year 2012 held on 3/6/2012

It is learnt from Directorate that in response to Directorate's letter No. A.34012/03/2012-DE dated 13th August 2013, in all 15 representations were received with different feed backs on keys displayed on departmental Web site. These representations are said to be thoroughly examined and accordingly the work of recasting of marks of LDCE for the promotion to the cadre of PS Gr. B examination held on 3/6/2012 for the vacancies of 2012 is at final stage. The revised result is expected shortly.
