As desired copies of following documents and requisite information called for are forwarded herewith for further necessary action.  

1.     Copy of Constitution of All India Association of Inspectors and Assistant Superintendents, Posts corrected up to on 1^st March 2014.

2.     Copy of Directorate Memo No. 17/06/2014-SR dated 21^st February 2014 showing the names of office bearers of All India Association of Inspectors and Assistant Superintendents, Posts for the two years term 2014-16.

3.      The membership of this Association is about 3500.

Enrollment of Membership

It is brought to the notice of CHQ that, new Inspectors entered in the cadre and few regular IPs and ASPs have not filled up and submitted their membership forms through their Circle Secretaries to DDOs, hence their monthly subscription is said to be not deducted from their pay and allowances.

All IPs and ASPs are requested to confirm their enrollment by the end of April 2013 and all Circle Secretaries are also requested to ensure cent percent membership of their circles. In case of any kind of help they may contact General Secretary / President. 

Re-verification of Membership

The Department has issued orders for re-verification of membership. All our members working in both the Postal and RMS wing have to give letter of authorization in writing addressed to DDO in the prescribed format, bearing the signature of Director (SR & Legal) for deduction of subscription from his the pay. The blank form (letter of authorization bearing the signature of Director (SR&Legal) is available with all Divisional Office. The letter of authorization duly filled in and signed by each member should be sent through their Circle Secretary so as to reach the Drawing and Disbursing Officer concerned on or before 15.05.2009.

In this connection Circle Secretaries have been addressed and all members are requested to submit the letter of authorization immediately.
