Acknowledgement from Directorate i/c/w demand of GP of Rs.4800/- to IP

    Sir,
    In this connection kindly intimate the position of the grade pay of senior ASPs who got grade pay of Rs 4800 in consequence of financial upgradation of MACP 3. I got the grade pay of Rs 4800 with effect from june 2009 . Though I am yet to get my regular promotion with effect from Nov.2015, It may kindly intimated how the grade pays of re 4800 will be disposed on getting rs 4800 grade pay to the ASPs as per the 7th pay commission. it may kindly be noted that I had remained 6 years in the grade of Rs 4800. how similar cases will be dealt in the 7 th pay commission while determining such cases.
