40th Biennial All India Conformance of IPs / ASPs held at Rajgir on 9th and 10th February 2018

40th Biennial All India Conformance of Inspectors and Assistant Superintendent Posts held at Rajgir on 9th and 10th February 2018. 230 delegates from 20 circles attended the All India Conference. Assam, J&K and Uttarakhand circle not attended the AIC. 

Shri Giriraj Singh.Hon'ble Minister of State (I/C) for Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises, Govt. of India attended the conference as Guest of Honour.

Shri M.E.Haque, Chief Postmaster General, Bihar Circle attended as Chief Guest. Shri Anil Kumar, Postmaster General, East Region, Bihar and Shri Ashok Kumar, Postmaster General, North Region, Bihar also attended the conference. 

Shri Sharad Ghodke, General Manager, Ordnance factory, Rajgir and Shri Manoj Kumar, DPS (HQ) Bihar Circel, Patna, Shri Vilas Ingale, Ex-GS and Shri Dinesh Khare Ex-President also attended.

40th All India Conference at Rajgir (Bihar) on 9-2-2018 and 10-2-2018

All the Circle Secretaries and delegates who are going to attend 41st Biennial All India Conference of All India Association of Inspectors and Assistant Superintendents, Posts scheduled to be held at Rajgir (Bihar) on 9th and 10th February 2018 are once again requested to provide their arrival/departure details to the reception committee immediately to enable them to make the proper arrangement.

In response to post dated 14/1/2018, few circles have come forward to remit the donation amount to the host circle. Thanks to them. But many big circles are still silent. Secondly, all Circle Secretaries may also remit their pending CHQ quota to CHQ Treasurer immediately, so that it can be incorporated in annual account. Current year CHQ quota will be accepted at Rajgir during AIC.

Please remit donation and CHQ quota immediately.

It has been reported by Circle Secretary, Bihar Circle Branch that till date only donation amount was received from Maharashtra Circle.  He has requested once to all Circles to deposit the donation amount in the following account.
