All are aware that Directorate vide memo No. 9-02/2019-SPG-II dated 15/3/2019 has circulated the draft seniority list of PS Gr. B officers as on 1-4-2017 and directed all circles to confirm the names mentioned therein. The list is containing names of 960 officers against the sanction strength 866.
It is noticed that 170 officers have already retired on superannuation / voluntarily / expired or promoted to higher post till 28-2-2019. Secondly, in this month nearly 13 officers are likely to retire on superannuation. It means that by end of this office, 183 officers names needs to be deleted from the above said draft seniority list. In view of this roughly vacancies in PS Gr. B cadre comes to 89 only.
To increase the number of vacancies, it is directed to each circle secretaries and CHQ office bearers that they have to thoroughly go through the draft seniority list and confirm the names of the available officers only in the PS Gr.B cadre.
