Respected Sir,

         

     IP/ASP Association would like to invite your kind attention to its letter of even number dated 6/5/2015 addressed to Shri Charles Lobo sir regarding non-issue of posing orders by RO Aurangabad in ASP and PS Gr.B cadre. As per the Directorate’s memo No. 9-04/2015-SPG dated 20/2/2015, following two ASPs of Aurangabad Region and one ASP of AP Circle appointed/promoted to PS Gr.B cadre on regular basis and as per CO Mumbai memo No. STA/6-2/2015 dated 12/3/2015 they have been allotted to Aurangabad Region. It is reported by our members that nearly two months period have been elapsed since the issue of allotment orders, but RO Aurangabad has not taken steps to issue further posting orders. Inspite of completion of PS Gr. B Induction Training at RAKNPA, Shri M. S. Ahirrao is presently working on adhoc basis.

  It is further bring to your kind notice that the result of DPC for promotion to ASP cadre was released vide CO Mumbai notifications dated 2/3/2015 and 17/3/2015 and following five officers allotted to Aurangabad Region against clear vacancies. In this case also, RO Aurangabad has not issued their posting orders in ASP cadre till this date.

Due to delay in issue of posting orders there is financial loss to the officers. It is therefore earnestly requested your kind honour to look into the matter personally and direct PMG Nagpur who is holding additional charge of Aurangabad Region or DPS Aurangabad Region to issue posting orders of above named officers in ASP and PS Gr. B cadre immediately.
