Respected Madam,

          This Association would like to bring to your kind notice that there are only 4 posts of Dy. Managers in MMS at Delhi, Kolkatta, Mumbai and Chennai and to fill up these vacant posts lying since more than decade, DPC was convened by Directorate under Memo No. 6-2/2009-SPG dated 8/1/2014.

          Shri Gautam Rudra (West Bengal) who was promoted vide above cited memo refused to accept the promotion and Shri Satya Prakash Sharma posted as Dy. Manager MMS Delhi retired from Govt. service on superannuation on 30/6/2014. Shri P. Chakraborty who is presently holding the post of Dy. Manager, MMS, Kolkatta is due for retirement from Govt. service on superannuation on 30/6/2015.

          It is therefore requested to kindly convene the DPC for promotion the cadre of Dy. Manager MMS at the earliest.
