Respected Sir,
I am enclosing herewith an application dated 18/9/2014 received from K. Venketeswara Rao, Dy. SPOs, Vadodara East Division, Vadodara regarding re-allotment to Andhra Pradesh Circle.
Above named officer was promoted to PS Gr. B cadre vide Directorate memo No. 9-23/2012-SPG dated 28/12/2012 and allotted to Gujarat circle. Officer joined to his new assignment on 13/2/2013. Directorate vide memo No. 9-23/2014-SPG dated 15/9/2014 has issued instructions on re-allotment of PS Gr. B officers from one Circle / unit to other Circle /unit. Shri K. Venketeswara Rao has already completed one year service outside the home circle and requested for re-allotment against the vacant post of Smt. Syeda Tanveer (SPOs Anantapur Div) who joined to APS on 1/8/2014 in PS Gr. B cadre. The officer fulfils the conditions laid down in Directorate memo dated 15/9/2014.
It is therefore requested to kindly look in to this matter personally and cause to issue repatriation order of above named officer to Andhra Pradesh Circle against the vacancy of SPOs, Anatapur Division occurred on 1/8/2014.
An early action is requested.
