It was already brought to the notice of all members of the Association on 14/9/2013 that Circle Secretary All India Association of Inspector Posts and Assistant Superintendents Posts Bihar Circle Branch has shown its unwillingness to convene All India Conference of the Association that is expected and due to be conducted in January 2014 but not later than April 2014 in any case. The other standby Andhara Pradesh Circle has not consented for this job due to internal and political problems in the state.
It was also requested to Circle Secretaries to come forward at their own to conduct next All India Conference, but as on date nothing is heard from anybody. Now there is very short time to decide the tentative date and venue of the conference. It is once again appealed to Circle Secretaries to come forward at their own to conduct All India Conference. CHQ and other circles will provide full support in conducting conference.
