CAT case for upgradation of GP of IPs at Ernakulam Bench....an update

OA No. 289/13 filed by the CHQ came up before the Hon'ble CAT Ernakulam Bench today. After hearing the arguments from both the sides, the case has been posted to 4.9.2013 for detailed hearing.
