President released special cover in Mumbai.

The President, Shri Pranab Mukherjee released a Special Cover on Late Shri Yashwantrao Chavan, at the concluding ceremony of the birth centenary celebration of former CM of Maharashtra, Late Shri Yashwantrao Chavan, in Mumbai on March 23, 2013. The Union Minister for Agriculture and Food Processing Industries, Shri Sharad Pawar also seen.

In the said function President Pranab Mukherjee presented the 'Yashwantrao Chavan National Award 2012' to veteran railway engineer E. Sreedharan for his contribution to the construction of Konkan Railway and transforming urban transport in the national capital through Delhi Metro. 

Maharashtra Governor, K, Sankarnarayanan, Chief Minsiter Prithviraj Chavan, Union Ministers Sharad Pawar, Sushil Kumar Shinde, Praful Patel, Maharashtra Dy. Chief Minister Ajit Pawar were prominent among those present.
