Resolution-4, passed in AIC, Rajgir

Subject :    Regarding maintenance of update  APARS of IPs/ASPs.

Respected Sir,

                The 40th All India Conference of ALL India Association of Inspectors and Assistant Superintendents  Posts was held at Rajgir on 9th and 10th February 2018 and above subject was discussed in detail. After discussion, following resolution was passed unanimously by All India Conference.

                “ AIC Rajgir unanimously resolved to request Secretary (P) to issue general instructions to all concerned to adhere  to the prescribed timeline for completion  and disclosures of APARS of our officers.  It has been observed that APARS of IPs/ASPs  are not being maintained up to date by the respective controlling officers causing delay in holding of DPCs. ”

                It is therefore requested to kindly consider the resolution in the interest of service to enhance the productivity and efficiency in quality of service.

                We hope that an early action will be taken by the department.
