1. Open Outlook program from
Microsoft office from start option.

click on next

would you like to configure email
account--> click on yes --> Next

Click on manually configure server
setting --> Next

Click on Internet Email --> Next

Your Name - enter name of office
e.g- Nagpur GPO

Incoming mail server-

Outcoming mail server- outlook.

10. User name : xxxxxxxx@indiapost.gov.in

Click on More setting
13. Click on outgoing server tab- check on My
outgoing server require authentication

Click on advance tab- Incoming server-
995 , check on This server require
encrypted connection,
Outgoing server- 465

check all on delivery option- select
days 10

Click on ok --> Next

if certificate message comes--> YES

Enjoy outlook

To send email - click on new.
