Link IndiaPost mail ID with Microsoft Outlook for getting unlimited space

1.       Open Outlook program from Microsoft office from start option.

2.       click on next

3.       would you like to configure email account--> click on yes --> Next

4.       Click on manually configure server setting --> Next

5.       Click on Internet Email --> Next

6.       Your Name - enter name of office e.g- Nagpur GPO

7.       E-mail Address- xxxxxxxx@indiapost.gov.in

8.       Incoming mail server- outlook.indiapost.gov.in

9.       Outcoming mail server- outlook. indiapost.gov.in

10.     User name :  xxxxxxxx@indiapost.gov.in

11.     Password :  ***** email id Password

12.     Click on More setting

13.     Click on outgoing server tab- check on My outgoing server require authentication

14.     Click on advance tab- Incoming server- 995 , check on This server require

encrypted connection, Outgoing server- 465

15.     check all on delivery option- select days 10

16.     Click on ok --> Next

17.     if certificate message comes--> YES

18.     Enjoy outlook

19.     To send email - click on new.
