    There are so many Rule 38 Transfer cases pending with different circles. Even in few circles transfers are approved but the officer was not relieved. No such matter was raised. The rule 38 cases should be dealt without any imparity. Other cases should also be discussed i/r/o direct IPs too. Otherwise it would be considered that this association is only for the Promotee IPOs.
