1. Confirmation of the minutes of last CWC held on 1st & 2nd August 2009 at Pushkar,Rajasthan.
2. Approval of Annual Report of CHQ for the period from 23.01.2008 to 01.04.2010.
3. Approval of audited accounts of CHQ for the period from 23.01.2008 to 01.04.2010.
4. Organisational and financial review of CHQ/Circles.
5. Any other item with the permission of the Chair.

All the CHQ office bearers and Circle Secretaries are requested to attend the meeting well in time.
