Respected Sir,

Your kind attention is invited to this Associations letters of even number dated 22/3/2012 followed by reminders dated 21/8/2012, 29/10/2012, 15/4/2013, 27/6/2013, 21/6/2014, 29/8/2014 and 16/1/2015 vide which it was requested to finalize the recruitment rules of the Assistant Manager MMS cadre and conduct LDCE to fill up the vacant posts of the said cadre.

          As you aware that there are only 41 sanctioned posts of Assistant Manager MMS in the country, and out these more than 50% posts are vacant. The post of Inspector MMS and Assistant Manager MMS were merged with nomenclature as ‘Assistant Manager MMS’ but fresh recruitment rules for the post of Assistant Manager have not been framed by department due to non availability of feeder cadres RRs. Secondly, this Association has pointed out that Assistant Manager MMS cadre is circle cadre and not a single circle has issued seniority list (gradation list) of this cadre since its merger.

          In view of above, it is once again requested to kindly bestow your personal attention on this long pending issue & arrange to issue RRs of Assistant Manager MMS cadre and direct all CPMsG to prepare and issue seniority list (gradation list) of this cadre immediately.

          An early action is requested.
