    Sir
    As per the new provision, RPLI proposals below 5 lakhs will be approved by non-gazetted Postmasters. Hence, around 90% of RPLI proposals will be signed by him. The ASP of the Sub Dvn who is a gazetted officer will recommend for acceptance. Earlier, as the accepting authority was senior to him, there was no problem. But now, the role and position of Sub Dvl ASP is in critical. Kindly address the issue.
