CAT Case : Upgradation of GP of Inspector Posts....updates!!!

It has been reported by CS Kerala Circle that CAT case No. 289/13 filed by our Association before Hon'ble Ernakulam Bench is posted on 9/9/2015 for final hearing.

    It is the right time to settle our issues like GP and cadre restructure as the pay commission is delaying in submitting his report to govt.
    CHQ should take necessary steps and immediate actions on GP and cadre restructure issues.

    Yes I too opine the same. Association to take prompt efforts to apprise the Judges regarding the need of issue of final judge ment so that 7 CPC make positive recommendations based on the judgment to make the legal battle of more than 8 years fruit ful.
