          Kindly refer to this Association’s letter of even number dated 7/2/2015 addressed to your predecessor wherein a copy of representation dated 12/1/2015 received from Shri K. Narendra Babu, Inspector Posts (LP & Mktg) o/o CPMG, Andhra Pradesh Circle, Hyderabad regarding change of seniority position in Inspector Posts Examination 2007 for Andhra Pradesh Circle was forwarded for issue of revised merit list of IP Examination 2007.

          Shri N. Narendra Babu candidate of Andhra Pradesh circle has appeared for Inspector Posts Examination 2007 under Roll No. AP/IP/007/2007 and declared successful in the said examination vide Directorate Memo No. A.34013/03/2007-DE dated 26/2/2008.  Thereafter, as per the directions of Hon’ble CAT Patna Bench in OA No. 649/08 and 146/20009 Directorate has declared revised result of said examination under Memo No. A.34013/03/2007-DE(Pt) dated 16/7/2010. In the initial result, above named officer has secured 356 marks and stood second in the merit list of successful candidates of Andhra Pradesh Circle and in the revised result, official has got 359 marks which placed him at the top of the merit list of AP circle, but while circulating the revised result, officials position in the merit list was found unchanged.

It is therefore once again requested to kindly look into the matter personally and arrange to issue revised merit list of the said examination for Andhra Pradesh Circle at the earliest by endorsing copy to SPB-II Division for preparation of proper All India Seniority List.
