Respected Madam,

          IP /ASP Association would like to bring to your kind notice that in pursuance of Directorate memo No. 141-177/2009-SPB-II dated 14/12/2010 and A.141-121/2014-SPB-II dated 21^st July 2014, CPMG Chhattisgarh Circle has considered the request application of Shri A. Selvarajan, IP, Manager-I, NSPC Raipur HO for transfer under Rule 38 to Tamil Nadu circle. CPMG Tamil Nadu Circle under Memo No. STA/3-2/2014 dated 19/5/2015 has allotted the official to Southern Region and in turn PMG Southern Region vide Memo No. STA/8-52/II/2014 dated 27/5/2015 has also issued posting order, but till date, official is not relieved from Chhattisgarh Circle to his new place of posting in Tamil Nadu circle. The copies of above referred memos are enclosed herewith for your kind perusal.

It is therefore requested to kindly direct CPMG Chhattisgarh circle to relieve the above named official immediately.
