Subject : Irregularity in seniority list of Inspector Posts cadre for the year 1994.

R/Sir,

          I am enclosing herewith copy of representation dated 14/5/2015 received from M. Murali, ASP, Central Railway Station TMO, Chennai Sorting Division, Chennai 600003 regarding corrections in seniority list of Inspector Posts cadre for the year 1994.

          The officer in his representation categorically stated that he has declared pass in review result of Inspector Posts Examination 1994 which was circulated by Directorate under memo No. 5-10/94-DE dated 19/3/1996. In the result sheet, his name was shown above Shri S. Damodaran who was also declared pass in review result where as in All India Seniority list, this position changed and Shri Damodaran’s name placed above his name. The copies of Circle and All India seniority lists (gradation list) are enclosed herewith for ready reference.

          It is therefore requested to kindly issue necessary directions to SPB-II division of Directorate to make the proper corrections immediately in All India Seniority List (Gradation List) of Inspector Posts cadre for the year 1994 and inform the changes to Tamil Nadu Circle and SPG division also.
