Subject : Regarding pre pone / post pone of proposed tentative  Postman/Mail Guard Examination 2014 in Karnataka circle. 

Respected Madam,   

          IP/ASP Association would like to bring to your kind notice that Karnataka Circle is conducting Postman / Mail Guard Examination (Direct Recruitment) on 9/2/2014 in the entire circle. We would like to mention here that, 38^th Biennial All India Conference of this Association is scheduled to be held on 7^th and 8^th February 2014 at Ahmedabad and an approximately 25 to 30 delegates (IPs and ASPs ) from Karnataka Circle are likely to participate in the event.  This Association is holding their All India Conference once in two years and in which important matters related to this cadre are discussed among each other.  

It is therefore kindly requested your honour to direct the CPMG Karnataka Circle to pre-pone /postpone the proposed Postman /Mail Guard Examination for one week to make it convenient to our members from Karnataka Circle to attend the All India Conference at Ahmedabad please.
