It has been reported by Shri Vinod R. Shah, Circle Secretary, Gujarat Circle Branch that, as on date he has only received the information about delegates from 4 Circles viz. Karnataka, Kerala, Tamil Nadu & Odisha. He and his team is getting lot of difficulties in making the reservation of accommodation etc. It is therefore once again requested to Circle Secretaries of remaining Circles to intimate the approximately number of delegates and visitors are likely to attend All India Conference to Circle Secretary, Gujarat Circle and General Secretary immediately to enable them to reserve the sufficient accommodation at venue of the conference. All members of this Association are requested to kindly co-operate with Circle Secretaries and CHQ Office Bearers.Friday, January 17, 2014
