All the Circle Secretaries (except Karnataka, Kerala & Odisha) are once again requested to intimate the approximately number of delegates and visitors are likely to attend All India Conference to Circle Secretary, Gujarat Circle and General Secretary immediately to reserve the sufficient accommodation at venue of the conference. It has been reported by Circle Secretary, Gujarat Circle that he has already dispatched donation coupons to all Circle Secretaries and CHQ Office Bearers for collection of donations from members. All members of this Association are requested to kindly co-operate with Circle Secretaries and CHQ Office Bearers.

All Circle Secretaries are also requested to publish the copy of notification issued by GS in connection with AIC on their Circles blog immediately for information to the members.
