The Indian Institute of Foreign Trade (IIFT) is an autonomous public business school established in 1963 by the Government of India to help professionalise the country's foreign trade management and increase exports by developing human resources, generating, analysing and disseminating data. Also IIFT has always been prided as an excellent centre for research on WTO and other related issues. Over the years IIFT has evolved from being a centre of foreign trade to a complete business school that now rests on a tripod: the MBA (International Business) programme, Research and MDPs.
India Post issued a commemorative stamp to mark Golden Jubilee of Indian Institute of Foreign Trade on 10th December 2013.
