Members are requested to give their name, designation, office address and SOL ID) of the office where amount deposited) through SMS to GS on his mobile No. 09869417961 or through whatsApp with a photo copy of counterfoil of pay in slip to enable him to put the details of members on CHQ blog. If information is sent by SMS, then there is no need of photo copy of counterfoil of pay in slip. At the time of depositing the amount in post office, concerned SBPA should be asked to put the name, designation and office of donar in the remark column.
