It has been reported by Circle Secretaries that there is no declination from Bihar / Gujarat / Jharkhand / Punjab / Himachal Pradesh and Kerala Circle.
The following officers who promoted to PS Gr. B cadre vide Directorate memo no. 9-02/2015-SPG dated 10.11.2015 have said to be declined PS Gr. B promotion.

3. Shri M. V. Likhar(Sl.No.118), Maharashtra to Maharashtra

Shri. S Periyasamy TN Circle alotted to TN circle also declined the promotion.
