Commemorative Stamp on Institute for Defence Studies and Analyses (IDSA) – 30th December 2015.

The Institute for Defence Studies and Analyses (IDSA), New Delhi is a non-partisan, autonomous body dedicated to objective research and policy relevant studies on all aspects of defence and security. IDSA was established on November 11, 1965 as a registered society. Its mission is to promote national and international security through the generation and dissemination of knowledge on defence and security-related issues. It also trains civilian and military officers of the Government of India. The core values that serve as IDSA’s guiding principles are Integrity and Honesty, Commitment, Professionalism, Pursuit of excellence, Teamwork, Innovation and Creativity. Since its inception, IDSA has served as a forum to debate important aspects of national and international security. The Institute conducts several national and international conferences every year, and regularly holds round tables and workshops on important developments.

To mark 50 years of Institute for Defence Studies and Analyses a Commemorative Stamp was released on 30th December 2015.
