Respected Sir, 

          IP/ASP Association would like to bring to your kind noticed that as our discussions had during the personal meet on 9^th June 2015 concerning inter-circle transfer of IPs still working outside their parent circle whereby your honour has assured to have reports from concerned Circles and issue instructions to adjust all IPs as per their request. 

          Directorate vide Memo No. 13-4/2015-SPB-II dated 9^th July 2015 has sent the copy of this Association’s letter of even number dated 7/7/2015 to AP / Chhattisgarh / Gujarat / J&K / Kerala / MP / Maharashtra / NE / Odisha / Rajasthan/ UP and Uttarakhand circle with a direction to take necessary action in the matter at their end and give direct reply to this Association, but till date not a single circle has honoured the instructions given by Directorate.

          It is therefore once again requested your kind honour to look into the matter personally and arrange to issue directions to above circles CPMG to consider the requests of the applicants and relieve them immediately.
