Subject : Allocation of candidates, nominated by Staff Selection Commission for appointment as Inspector Posts on the basis of Combined Graduate Level Examination 2013, to Postal Circles.

Respected Madam,

               In-continuation to this Association’s letter of even number dated 14/9/2015 it is once again bring to your kind notice that Directorate vide memo number 7-4/2015-SPB-II dated 7^th July 2015 has allotted 121 candidates of Inspector Posts (Direct Recruit) to various postal circles for vacancy year 2013.

               Furthermore, it is bring to your kind notice that more than five months period has been passed but many circles have yet not finalized the pre-appointment / appointment formalities as required under the rules causing abnormal delay in posting of candidates as Inspector Posts. As on date there are 300 plus Direct Recruit posts of Inspector Posts are vacant in the circles and many Sub Divisional Heads (Inspectors) are holding dual charge since years together. These Inspectors are already overburden with their regular work as well as CBS / BD work etc. It is learnt from many circles that pre-appointment / appointment formalities are in process, but proper care is found not taken to complete the work within the targeted period and issue appointment orders etc. The candidates who did not respond for pre-appointment / appointment formalities, their candidatures may kindly be cancelled forthwith and residual vacancies if any may be transferred to next year.

             It is therefore urged to kindly direct all circles to complete the pre-appointment formalities by the end of this month and issue appointment letters and depute them for required Induction and field Training.
