DPC : JTS Gr. A cadre for the vacancy year 2015-16

As every member knows that the proposal for JTS DPC for the vacancy year 2015-16 is under process at Directorate for submission to UPSC and Directorate has called for APARs of following officers who are in the Zone of Consideration for promotion to JTS Gr. A cadre. The details of such wanting APARs have already been published by GS on this blog on 31/7/2015 with a direction to all Circle Secretaries and members working in RO/CO to meet the circle administration in person and ensure the submission of requisite documents to Directorate immediately.  Request the circle administration to send original APARs duly completed in all request to Directorate. If APARs are not available, No Report Certificate (NRC) with justified reasons may be sent to Directorate.

But, as on date General Secretary has not received information from Circle Secretaries and Members of AP / Bihar / Gujarat / HP /Jharkhand / Karnataka / Kerala / Rajasthan / Tamil Nadu / UP and West Bengal circles about submission of APARs to Directorate. 

DPC for PS Gr. B cadre for the year 2015-16 will be convened only after the declaration of result of JTS Gr. A DPC, hence everyone should take part in submission of required APARs of following officers to Directorate, otherwise PS Gr. B DPC may be delayed and for which our members are fully responsible.
