Taxi/Travel charges from Residence to Railway Station/Air Port and from Railway Statioin/Airport to Duty Point is admissble in addition to Reimbursement of Travel Charges within City.
As per the clarification issued by the Ministry of Finance Memo No 19030/3/2008-E,IV dated 14.10.2008 Taxi/Travel charges from Residence to Railway station/Air Port/Bus stand and from Railway Station/AirPort/Bus stand to duty point will continue to be applicable in addition to reimbursement of travel charges within City (refer para 3 of Annexure to the OM dated 23.9.2008).
