All are aware that Directorate has circulated the draft gradation list of PS Gr. B Officers as on 31/3/2016 and directed all Circles to confirm the names mentioned therein. It was directed to point the names of the officers who have already retired from Govt. Service on superannuation/voluntarily, expired and also promoted to JTS cadre etc. It is learnt that till date very few circles have responded. Unless all circles information received at Directorate, fair list could not be prepared and thereafter correct vacancies of PS Gr. B cadre can be calculated.
As per the rough calculation 80-85 vacancies will be available for holding of pending DPC for promotion to the cadre of PS Gr. B cadre.
It is therefore directed to all Circle Secretaries and CHQ office bearers to confirm as to whether their circle has submitted the requisite information to Directorate.
