Resolution- 3 passed in AIC, Rajgir

No. CHQ/AIAIASP/AIC-Reso/3/2018.                                                      Dated 13.02.2018
To,
The Director General  Posts,
Department of Posts
Dak Bhawan, Sansad Marg,
New Delhi-110001.

Subject :   Regarding necessary directions not to resort to penal action against IP/ASPs for not achieving BD/PLI/RPLI targets.

Respected Sir,

The 40th All India Conference of ALL India Association of Inspectors and Assistant Superintendents  Posts was held at Rajgir on 9th and 10th February 2018 and above subject was discussed in detail. After discussion, following resolution was passed by the house unanimously in the All India Conference.

“ AIC Rajgir unanimously resolved to request Director General (P) to issue necessary directions not to resort to penal action against IP/ASPs for not achieving BD/PLI/RPLI targets.  It has been observed that IP/ASPs are being subject to penal action for not achieving BD/PLI/RPLI targets. Achieving targets is a collective team effort and the tendency to single out IP/ASPs  in this regard is against natural justice”

It is therefore requested to kindly consider the resolution in the interest of service to enhance the productivity and efficiency in quality of service.

We hope that an early action will be taken by the department.

                                                                                                                                                                Yours Sincerely
                                                                                                                                                                        -sd-
                                                                                                                                                                (Rajiv Kumar)
                                                                                                                                                                General Secretary
