Ref.        : Directorate No. 9-02/2015-SPG dated 10-11-2015 and 26-2-2016.

Respected Sir,

Kindly refer to this Association’s letters of even numbers dated 11/1/2016 and 20/2/2016 vide which it was requested to set up review DPC for promotion to the cadre of PS Gr. B for the vacancies of 2015-16 for 4 officers whose names were not considered in regular DPC held on 10.11.2015. But Directorate vide memo No. 9-02/2015-SPG dated 26/2/2016 has considered the cases of only two officers viz. Shri V. Mariappan (TN) and K. Prakasa Rao (AP).  The following two cases are still pending at Directorate.

1.    Shri M. Chandrasekhar (Andhra Pradesh) : Officer was promoted to PS Gr. B cadre in supplementary DPC held under memo No. 9-25/2014-SPG dated 14/7/2015 and allotted to PTC Mysore. But due to some problems officer was not relieved to PTC Mysore by AP Circle. Now, it was told by AP Circle that, requisite information have already been sent to Directorate for consideration of request of the officer for promotion to the cadre of PS Gr. B.

2.   Shri V. V. Raman (Kerala) : 11 juniors officers to V. V. Raman promoted to PS Gr. B cadre vide above captioned memos. It is a fact that there was a complaint against the officer about sexual harassment and same was enquired by the circle level committee in depth and officer was exonerated from the charges by issuing warning.  In this case Kerala circle reported that vigilance clearance report has already been sent to Directorate.

Sir, it requested that above cases needs your kind intervention for opening of sealed covers if any to promote the officers to PS Gr. B cadre against the vacancies of 2015-16.

With warm regards,
Yours sincerely,
