    dated 16-10-2014.

Respected Sir,

 IP/ASP Association would like to invite your kind attention to above cited letters vide which Directorate has issued orders to CPMG Haryana Circle to consider the transfer case of Shri Karam Singh Jhajholia, Circle Secretary and PM (HSG-I) Narnaul HO to Circle HQ Ambala under the concession of immunity service.  Accordingly, Circle Office, Ambala issued his transfer order under No. Staff/31-2/XIII dated 02/02/2015, but sorry to say that till date Haryana Circle has not executed the orders.

                                                                       

             It is therefore requested to your honour to kindly look into the matter personally and arrange to issue instructions to concerned authority to relieve the above named officer at the earliest.

An immediate action in the matter is requested.
