It is to inform to members that mailing list of IPs/ASPs working in each circle is not available at CHQ. Now, it has been
decided to keep information of all members circle wise at CHQ. It is
therefore requested to all Circle Secretaries to prepare list of IPs/ASPs working in his circle in following format (EXCEL format) and forward to GS by email at the earliest. Circle Secretaries may take the assistance of one or two members of his circle and prepare the list without awaiting reminder from CHQ. It will take only one or two days for preparation of list. The list received from Circles will be published on blog. This will facilitate interaction with each and every members by CHQ.
