Pattammal 4) Gangubai Hangal 5) Kumar Gandharva 6) Vilayat Khan 7) Mallikarjun Mansur 8) Ali Akbar Khan will be released by Hon'ble President of India at Rastrapati Bhawan at 12.00 noon in presence of Shri Ravi Shankar Prasad, Hon'ble Minister of Communications and Information Technology & Law and Justice.
