All are aware that Directorate vide Memo 6-02/2009-SPG dated 08/01/2014 temporarily downgraded 4 posts of Manager (MMS) of Guwahati, Chandigarh, Pune and Bhopal as Dy. Manager (MMS). Shri M. B. Dapse, Offg. Dy. Manager (MMS) Mumbai on his regular promotion posted against the downgraded post of Dy. Manager (MMS) Pune. This irregular transfer and posting issue was taken up by Association vide memo No. CHQ/AIAIASP/Dy Manager/2014 dated 25/2/2014 with Directorate and today, his posting order is modified and officer posted as Dy. Manager (MMS) Mumbai against vacant post.
