Respected Madam,

               I wish to bring to your kind notice that Ministry of Personnel, Public Grievances and Pensions (Department of Personnel and Training) vide OM No. 142/15/2010-AVD-I dated 31^st July 2012 has revised rates of honorarium and other allowances payable to Inquiry Officers (IOs) and Presenting Officers (POs). Our Association has already requested your honour under letters of even number dated 13^th August, 2012, 20^th September 2012 and 29^th October 2012 to circulate the above referred memo to all Circles and Regions but till date Department has neither circulated the above captioned memo nor replied to us.

             It is therefore once again requested to kindly look into the matter personally and cause to circulate the above referred DOPT Office Memorandum to all Circles and Regions immediately under intimation to this Association. 

           An early action is requested.
