    inrule 69 (1) (c) of ccs pension rules 1972 there is provision to with held the DCRG in case disciplinary proceedings or criminal trial is pending and and accordingly DGRG of many officers is withheld. Where this judment will come to their rescue instantly or the provisions from above cited rule will have to be removed first. Request guidance. R.W.Hukare Nagpur
