The last revision of rates for grant
of FSC for Post Offices, SBCOIN Head Post Offices, IP/ASP holding independent
charge of Sub-Divisions was issued vide Directorate File No, under reference,
The proposal for revision of rates for
grant of FSC for Post Offices, SBCOIN Head Post Offices, IP/ASP holding
independent charge of Sub-Divisions is under consideration in Establishment
Division since 2022. In this regard Directorate Letter No.23-01/2021-PAP dated
12-12-2022 to all HoCs, All GM (paf)/DAP, ALL Directors Postal Staff College
India/PTCs and subsequent reminder dated 06-02-2023 and 01-03-2023 may kindly
be referred to wherein the proposed rate with justification was called for.
Still the proposal is under
consideration in Establishment Division since last two years. The price
escalation is increasing exponentially day by day.
This Association would like to request
for immediate revision of rates for grant of FSC for Post Offices, SBCOIN Head
Post Offices, IP/ASP holding independent charge of Sub-Divisions taking into
consideration the price escalation.

the Constitution of All India Association of Inspectors and Assistant
Superintendents, Posts, it is hereby notified that the Biennial 43rd All India Conference meeting
