CAT case for upgradation of GP of IPs at Ernakulam Bench....an update

OA No. 289/13 filed by the CHQ came up for hearing before Registrar's Court on 8/8/2013. The case is adjounred to 14/8/2013  and transferred before Division Bench.

Despite several requests/directions from CHQ, following 9 Circles have not come forward till this date to pay / remit their quota as decided in CWC Meeting held at Shirdi (Maharashtra) on 12/10/2012 and 13/10/2012. 
 

1. Assam 2. Haryana 3. Jammu and Kasmir 4. Jharkhand 5. Madhya Pradesh 6. Maharashtra 7. North East 8. Rajasthan  9. Uttarakahand.

The next installment is to be paid to Counsel. Hence all are requested to co-operate to CHQ.
