Sub:- Revision of Fixed Stationery Charges for Post Offices, Savings Bank Control Organization in Head Post Offices & Inspectors/Asst. Superintendents holding independent charges of Sub-Divisions under Rule 341-A of Volume-II –regarding.

 

Ref:-  Directorate (Establishment Division) File No.23-1/96-PAP dated 22nd July, 2016.

 

Dear Sir,

         

          The last revision of rates for grant of FSC for Post Offices, SBCOIN Head Post Offices, IP/ASP holding independent charge of Sub-Divisions was issued vide Directorate File No, under reference,

 

          The proposal for revision of rates for grant of FSC for Post Offices, SBCOIN Head Post Offices, IP/ASP holding independent charge of Sub-Divisions is under consideration in Establishment Division since 2022. In this regard Directorate Letter No.23-01/2021-PAP dated 12-12-2022 to all HoCs, All GM (paf)/DAP, ALL Directors Postal Staff College India/PTCs and subsequent reminder dated 06-02-2023 and 01-03-2023 may kindly be referred to wherein the proposed rate with justification was called for.

 

          Still the proposal is under consideration in Establishment Division since last two years. The price escalation is increasing exponentially day by day.

 

          This Association would like to request for immediate revision of rates for grant of FSC for Post Offices, SBCOIN Head Post Offices, IP/ASP holding independent charge of Sub-Divisions taking into consideration the price escalation.

Under the provisions of Article-25 of the Constitution of All India Association of Inspectors and Assistant Superintendents, Posts, it is hereby notified that the Biennial 43rd All India Conference meeting of the Association will be held at Hyderabad on 31st August, 2024 (Saturday) and 1st September, 2024 (Sunday) at 10:00 hours on each day.

1.   Confirmation of the proceedings of the last Biennial All India Conference held at Ootty (Tamilnadu) on 29th and 30th June, 2022.

2.   Presentation of Biennial Report of CHQ to the General Body

3.   Presentation of Audited Account of CHQ to the General Body

4.   Organizational and Financial Review and payment of CHQ Quota

5.   Subject Matters for deliberation and decision thereon: -

a)   Grant of Non-functional Grade Pay of Rs.5,400/- in PB-2 in 6th CPC or the corresponding Pay Matrix Level-9 in 7th CPC to those Group ‘B’ Officers (IPs/ASPs) of Department of Posts

b)   Extant Recruitment Rule and Promotion to the cadre of PS Group B Posts through DPC and LDCE.

c)   Revision/amendment of Postal Service Group ‘B’ Recruitment Rule 

d)   Revision/amendment of Recruitment Rules for the post of Assistant Superintendent of Posts. 

e)   Cadre management of Inspector Posts and Assistant Superintendents of Posts

f)    Draft Resolutions, if any.

g)   Amendments to Constitution, if any.

h)   Next All India Conference

i)     Next Central Working Committee Meetings

6.   Any other item with the permission of the Chair.

7.   Election of Office Bearers for next two-year term.
