Respected Sir,

    IP/ASP Association would like to invite your kind attention to its letter of even number dated 22/3/2012 followed by reminders dated 21/8/2012, 29/10/2012, 15/4/2013, 27/6/2013, 21/6/2014, 29/8/2014, 16/1/2015 and 19/11/2015 regarding finalization of revised recruitment rules of the Assistant Manager MMS cadre and conduct of LDCE to fill up the vacant posts of the said cadre.

          It is bring to your kind notice that there are only 41 sanctioned posts of Assistant Manager MMS in the country, and out these 70% posts are remained vacant since years together.  The circle wise sanctioned posts and its availability as on date are as under:

          It is requested to kindly look in to the matter personally and arrange to issue revised recruitment rules of Assistant Manager MMS cadre at the earliest.

It is learnt that cadre restructuring issue of AMM cadre is under consideration at Establishment Division of Directorate and has taken only 34 posts on record against sanctioned strength of 41. It is therefore requested to kindly recheck the sanctioned strength of AMM posts with SPG /SPB Division and do the needful.
