Quick resolution of the problem.

Log Ticket at "http://servicedesk.indiapost.gov.in"
by using your SSO credentials.(24X7X365)
2.
User can also log tickets directly through their Smart phones by using their
SSO credentials. The mobile app can be downloaded by accessing url: "https://msd.indiapost.gov.in/EmployeeRegistration/"
