Reminder to Secretary (Posts) i/c/w discrepancies in vacancies for IP Examination 2011 at UP Circle

Subject : Regarding discrepancies in vacancies for Inspector Posts examination 2011 at Uttar Pradesh Circle.

R/Madam,

Kindly refer to this Association’s letter of even number dated 15/5/2014 and subsequent reminder dated 14/6/2014 vide which it was requested to call for relevant record of calculation of vacancies for Inspector Posts examination 2011 for UP circle and also requested for vigilance enquiry to find out the truth in the matter. But it is learnt that Directorate vide letter No. A.34013/04/2014-DE dated 9/6/2014 has simply called for the detailed report on the factual position in the matter from CPMG, UP Circle, Lucknow.  This will not give the correct and truthful justice in the issue.

 It is therefore once again requested to kindly look into the matter personally and issue necessary instructions to DE division of Directorate to call for the correct vacancy position from UP circle and fill up all the vacancies from qualified candidates of the examination 2011 at the earliest.

A line in reply is much awaited.
