The Central Government Employees
Welfare Coordination Committee in Mumbai has decided to change the Moharram
Holiday to November 15, 2013 instead of November 14, 2013 to all the Central
Government Offices located at Mumbai / Maharashtra.

All Central Government Offices
including Mumbai Regional Passport Office will accordingly remain open on
November 14, 2013 and shall closed on November 15, 2013 on account of Moharram.
