Deleting question may deduct the mark of candidate who had given correct answer of a correct question. The fault of department i.e. preparation on wrong answer key should not be borne by the candidate.
ReplyDeleteEvery candidate has a right to get marks for his correct answer. The department need to differentiate the quality of error. I had filed a case in CAT Patna in respect of announcement of revised result of IPO Exam 2011 and the court has admitted the case. Secretary Sir, Please take note of that.
The procedure of the Department regarding revised result is totally unjustified, because all candidates have a right to get marks for his correct answers without deleting the questions. The department need to prepare correct revised keys and then published revised result on that basis Only deleting wrong questions..It is requested that the matter should be taken up with the Department strongly.
